Does my crew need to install an app?+
No. Any phone camera opens a tag's page in the browser. Field users sign in once by an emailed link and stay signed in on that phone.
Do I have to buy your tags?+
No. Print our QR labels free on standard Avery 5160 / 8160 sheets, buy durable QR tags anywhere, or use labels already on your equipment.
What counts toward the item limit?+
Active equipment. Archived items keep their history and don't count. Field users and office seats are never limited.
What happens when the trial ends?+
Pick a plan to keep going. If you don't, nothing is deleted: you can still sign in, view and export everything.
Is FlowNext asset tracking software?+
Yes — for contractors' tools and equipment. Each item has a QR tag, a location, a custody trail and its inspection dates. It leaves out the IT-asset and accounting features of general asset management suites.
Does it need GPS trackers or Bluetooth tags?+
No. It works with QR labels and the barcodes already on your gear. When a crew member updates an item, the phone's location at that moment is saved with the entry; nothing is tracked in the background.
Can crews check tools in and out?+
Yes. Moving an item to a jobsite, a van or a person checks it out, and moving it back to the yard checks it in. Every move is in the item's history with who and when.
